Childish, perhaps. But I never got a real pony and since that = a deprived childhood now is the time to make up for it. . . . If ya'll loved me you would!

2. A Puppy!
I do not support animals as pets as they are for life not for christmas but I am offering a forever home and miss having a canine companion sooo much. Dont think I've ever not had/been around a dog for this long. A Blenheim Cavalier KCS puppy would be wonderfulness. (maybe next year santa claus - I understand)

3. Pirates of the Caribbean Boxset
Mmmm Jack Sparrow - best movies ever! Maybe not ever ever but v.close to it!!

4. Ugly Betty - Season One
I missed a few eps and this is one of the best tv shows out atm...

5. Guide Dog Puppy.
If I cant have an actually puppy (yet) I would like to know I am helping one with its training etc so please santa, sponsor a puppy on my behalf :) Incase your not up with modern tech and the net visit SEDA and do so there.

6.The Hidden Diary of Marie Antoinette: A Novel
Well Santa, I have always liked a good book and old history does interest me, Marie being a fav I think this will be a good read!!

I have always been an animal lover. I have always only donated to animal charities but its only now as I am older I am starting to do abit more about it. It started when I heard another species of rhino was close to the brink of extinction. People - the world - everything annoys the crap out of me. Why cant people stop being so selfish and blind to the environment and the other creatures (who were here b4 us) that also live in this planet.

They are not ruled by corrupt governments, they can not speak for themselves, they are innocent in all of mans plans for the future, they know only the laws that are embedded in their DNA, their instincts that have evolved over centuries, milleniums. But lately I have been v.interested and v.willing to donate and assist local charities, like dog shelters and cat haven who all survive on the goodwill and kindness of the public to keep them going as the government does not fund these organisations (yet it gives $12,000 to some shitty "art" play thing that involves using the blood from one of the cast in a cooking show and then offering to the audience. yeah i can see once again tax payers dollars are going to great use!)

Last year over 38,000 animals (cats + dogs) were put to sleep from these shelters as they are overcrowded and just can not find homes for all the unwanted/unplanned animals, which especially amongst cats is due to irresponsible pet ownership. These people really piss me off. These people live next door to my parents and after going around there last night and seeing 2 of their like 10 cats doing the deed across the road on a different neighbours driveway really just pushed me over the edge.

IT COSTS $80 FOR CONCESSION CARD HOLDERS (which of course they are) TO GET THEIR CATS FIXED AT CAT HAVEN!!

They can even arrange help/aid for those can not even afford that! Each year their cats have kittens. Not just one cat but most of the females. And some of them are not even 'cats' but still just kittens. When I still lived at home you'd hear the yowling all night when they were in heat or the toms out peeing on everything which is disgusting especially near the front door/on ur car/in your car if you left the window down enough.

These are the types of irresponsible pet owners that well shouldnt have pets!! It makes me so angry, and its not the cats fault, they dont know any better. No bad pets just owners!!

Feel free to check out cat havens site, maybe donate/volunteer/adopt your own little furry friend! But only if you promise to be a forever home - remember pets of any kind are for life!

How can I miss you if you wont go away??

So the weekend has been and gone again. On Saturday I hosted a brunch for Mel’s bday. Personally I was v.proud of the table setting I did. Hot pink tablecloth, lilac plates with hot pink napkins and in the same lilac colour, each person had a “gift” wrapped at their place. It was set with a champagne flute and a tumbler with cutlery and a centerpiece of the show time skittles, which added some nice colour. There was heaps of food, all very naughty like donuts, cake, lamingtons, chocolate biscuits etc and some fruit as well. And yeah I was v.proud of myself and what I did.

Saturday Night Mel and I had pizza and a couple of drinks, watched Aladdin (we’re how old ??) and the License to Wed which was sooo funny. Loved it hey!

Mark went to a bucks night and didn’t get home till 2 Sunday arvo. The sad lame part is, I heaps missed him. While we fight and annoy each other and everything else we do really love each other (how /why the hell would I still be with him otherwise?) and it was (besides working all day) the longest we’d been apart since we got back together. And having the bed to myself was great but I woke up a few times and was like Ah where’s Mark? And then I woke up enough to be like “silly Jen” and go back to sleep and I ended up putting pillows alongside me so I still felt something there. LAME hey?! Then again when he was back on Sunday I was like ga go away and it was like he was never not there hehehe.

But yeah pretty much sums up my weekend…. yawn
